Voltas Showcased Advanced Commercial Refrigeration Solutions at the 14th Indian Ice Cream Expo 2026

Voltas showcased its latest range of commercial refrigeration products and cold chain solutions at the 14th Indian Ice Cream Expo, that was held from September 10 to 12, 2026 in Chennai.

This premier event aimed to spotlight the evolving landscape of the Indian ice cream industry and brought together industry experts, prominent ice cream manufacturers and machinery suppliers from across the nation, creating an unparalleled platform for small traders to elevate their businesses and navigate the booming market. As the industry is expected to continue its upward trajectory, the expo aimed to harness this potential by showcasing innovative products, technologies and practices that will pave the way for new business opportunities and employment prospects.

Voltas’ Commercial refrigeration showcase emphasised its commitment to cutting-edge technology, energy-efficient, sustainable products, and customer-centric refrigeration solutions for the ice cream, frozen food and food service industries.

Among the key products on display was Voltas’ popular CR Range of Deep Freezers, including the newly introduced Glass Top Deep Freezer models, now equipped with inbuilt LED lighting and QDI basket configurations as standard features, enhancing product visibility and storage convenience for retailers. It also included the recently launched CVF 651 Convertible Deep Freezer, a 4-Star rated model designed to offer greater storage flexibility and superior cooling performance. The model comes with 70 mm insulation, providing enhanced temperature retention and energy efficiency while catering to evolving cold storage requirements.

Reinforcing its commitment to sustainability, Voltas showcased a range of deep freezers that use eco-friendly refrigerants, supporting environmentally responsible refrigeration solutions without compromising on performance.

Voltas’ newly launched Bottom Loaded Water Dispenser gauged numerous eyeballs, featuring a premium chrome finish, alongside its range of water coolers designed for commercial and institutional applications.

In addition, visitors experienced Voltas’ Cold Room Outdoor Unit (ODU) and Indoor Unit (IDU) solutions, engineered to support reliable cold storage infrastructure for sectors such as dairy, ice cream, food processing and hospitality.
